Trident will run four cars in GP3 this year, one of which will be driven by Ferrari Driver Academy Antonio Fuoco.
He will be paired alongside Artur Janosz, Sandy Stuvik and Giuliano Alesi – the son of former Formula 1 driver Jean Alesi. This will be the second season with Trident for Janosz, whilst Fuoco moves from Carlin international having tested with Trident post-season in Abu Dhabi.
Stuvik also moves from the now defunct Status GP, with Alesi stepping up from French Formula 4 where he finished fourth in 2015.
The news comes just a couple of days after DAMS confirmed its three-car driver lineup featuring Formula Renault 2.0 runner up Kevin Jorg, and Arden confirming 2.0 and ALPS champion Jack Aitkin.
